1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8k8 Bet platform — including the website at 8k8-bet.net, the 8k8 Bet mobile application, and any related services — you ("the Member," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 8k8 Bet ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 8k8 Bet platform and close your account if one has been created.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use any 8k8 Bet service. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine gambling regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 8k8 Bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

8k8 Bet services are intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 8k8 Bet is lawful in your jurisdiction. 8k8 Bet makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account with 8k8 Bet, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID
• A valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification
• A valid email address
• Your date of birth
• Your residential address in the Philippines

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 8k8 Bet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8k8 Bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k8 Bet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 8k8 Bet of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

8k8 Bet is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 8k8 Bet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, provided the account balance is sufficient. Members will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8k8 Bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8k8 Bet does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the 8k8 Bet cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. 8k8 Bet reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 8k8 Bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Members who have not completed full KYC verification may be subject to reduced withdrawal limits until verification is complete.

4.5 Transaction Fees

8k8 Bet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 8k8 Bet's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 8k8 Bet are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

8k8 Bet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Coordinated or syndicated betting designed to exploit bonus terms
• Placing low-risk, mathematically certain bets to satisfy wagering requirements
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

5.4 Promotion Modifications

8k8 Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a member's account prior to the modification, provided the member has not yet breached the applicable bonus terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games available on 8k8 Bet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers using physical equipment. 8k8 Bet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published house edge for each game.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, 8k8 Bet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 8k8 Bet's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. 8k8 Bet is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k8 Bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any time
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the platform's security
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive practice
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8k8 Bet staff or other members
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors for financial gain
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8k8 Bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 8k8 Bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 8k8 Bet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 8k8 Bet platform without prior written consent from 8k8 Bet.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8 Bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

8k8 Bet's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8k8 Bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

10 Privacy & Data

8k8 Bet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8k8 Bet implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge this inherent risk when using the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by 8k8 Bet

8k8 Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the member or by 8k8 Bet — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8k8 Bet customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Members who have self-excluded may not reopen their account until the self-exclusion period has expired.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 8k8 Bet's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The venue for any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.

8k8 Bet operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Members who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

8k8 Bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 8k8 Bet will provide reasonable notice to members via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 8k8 Bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
